Return Exchange and Refund policy

We want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience with The Rajvaani.

Return and Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Eligible Products

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

The product is unused
The product is unwashed
The product is undamaged
Original tags and packaging are intact
The product is not altered or customised
The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order ID, clear product photos, packaging photos, and a short description of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a return, replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Sale and Discounted Items

Products purchased during a sale, offer, or discount period are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Unstitched Products

Unstitched products must be returned in their original, unused, uncut, and unaltered condition.

If the fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, used, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, return shipping will be paid by The Rajvaani.

We may arrange reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, our support team will guide you on the next steps.

Refund Method

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method after collecting the required refund details from the customer.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the request is made after 48 hours, the product is used, washed, damaged, altered, missing tags, missing packaging, purchased on sale/discount, or damaged due to customer handling.
