At the moment, The Rajvaani ships only within India. International shipping is not available yet.

Yes, eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be:
- unused and unworn
- in original packaging
- with all tags/accessories included
- returned within the 7-day window
Please note that sale items and customized products are not returnable or exchangeable.

To verify the issue, we require:
- a clear unboxing video
- product images
- order number
The unboxing video should start before opening the package and clearly show the product issue. Once verified, Nazrakh will take care of the return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible because the package is already with the courier partner.
